Which vitamins do i take to boost energy?

I take a multi vitamin flaxseed with omega 3 vitamin e vitamin c and I just added vitamin b6 and b12, do I have all my bases covered? and how much should I be getting daily?

a big boost of energy is always provided by B complex Vit shots, i always recommend them one shot every 3 days, 5 shots in total, i take them myself, i especially recommend them when you dont eat and rest properly...."on the run" type of life.....but as well as i know ya....just buy some b complex vit, 2 cap's adding at least 2 gr per day....hope that helps..
Reply:If you are taking a multivitamin that is well absorbed by the body you should not need the vitamin C and not sure about the others as you would have to check your lable to see what is in your mulitvitamin. If the multivitamin you currently take does not make you feel better on it;s own it sounds like it isn't one that is well absorbed by the body and I would do a web search to find a brand that is well absorbed by the body so it does you more good.
Reply:hi iam physiotherpist and yoga instructer....to get omega and b6 and b12 vitamins u cna get from fish mainly from sea foods fish is rich in omega fat so u can get from taking fish of 100 gram for every two days ...u have asked for vitamins and all take fresh fruits and raw vegitabules u can get good vitamins and minerals....all the best
Reply:I take a multi-vitamin as well and just added B12... it seems to work for me. I take 2,000 mcg in the morning with my multi-vitamin and of course with food.
