Is it me, or does it seem like Katie Holmes isn't as passionate about Tom Cruise as he is about her?

I don't know. I think she might just be using him a) for more publicity , b) for his money and c) to boost her career. Everytime I see her she always says the same thing "He's so amazing," "I'm so happy" "He's the most amazing man in the whole world" I mean come on, Katie, can't you come up with some different lines? IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME THING!!!! I don't know but he also could be using her to make himself look bigger and younger since he's getting old. I'd hate to say it, but I think he may be going through a mid-life crisis. And no I'm not hating, I just got tired of seeing them everywhere all over each other, saying the same redundant made-for-tv phrases and gestures. I have a feeling their "love" will not last, once Katie realizes what a controlling, lunatic Tom is. His children can't even watch TV! Step into the millenium, Tom, and while you're at it, get someone you're own age! Katie's old enough to be your daughter!

Reply:Tom Cruise does seem odd,but I can't understand judging about their relationship or how passionate she does not seem to be by not knowing them,or just how the media portrays them.
Reply:It was probably all her dreams come true at the beginning and now they have a child she can't just walk away. I think she looks as though she's trapped. He's just gone too weird.

Reply:Tom Cruise, but he has become an ego-driven, control freak. He will tell Katie what to do, what to wear, what movies she should make
Reply:I think it might be a two-way street. She could be infatuated with him and his fame and how wonderful it would be to be with someone of his stature. And it would boost her fame, but she seems a little distant in some pictures which probably comes from his controlling nature. Which I think is out of control, he must think of her as an object. Picking out her clothes and stuff, one can only imagine just how much he runs her life.


He probably needs the ego boost also. He is getting older and his antics show he is a little on the strange side of life.


I hope she is happy as she says, since she has his baby he will probably be more controlling as ever. More the Stepford wives!

Reply:I do not care cause i dislike both of them . I think nicole was right to divorce him cause he is like a child himself. I for one am sick of the whole tom and katie thing. she needs to marry someone her own age. good luck and god bless.
Reply:And you are just figuring out that she did this for the connections. Lets face it there was no sex. The baby was lab created. And The wedding is taking so long actually happen it is ridiculous. Everything should be going according to plan but don't expect to see her coming out and doing cartwheels any day soon. After all she did just have a baby.
