It's okay ocassionally to replace bfast with Boost. Once or twice/week max- no more than that. It is a meal replacement only and not meant to be taken in addition to meals (unless your doctor orders it)

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits %26amp; vegetables.

Reply:after a good workout my husband makes these really good shakes the hole family loves,Milk,chocolat milk mix,couple of eggs, and couple of bannans, Trust me you blend it up in a blender,(u cant even tast the eggs it has really good protine in it,
