What can I do to boost my 3 year-old's immunity?

He seems to get one cold/sinus infection/ear infection/ bronchitis attack after another. He is taking vitamins with extra C, but I doubt that is helping any.

This is part of growing up. Through getting sick, immunity is built up. You can help by feeding him with natural supplements and a balanced diet.
Reply:Go to a health food store. They have immune boosters for children, some in liquid form.

The other thing is .... is he in a day care situation where he is constantly being exposed to sick kids? That won't help. Also - wonder if he should be checked for allergies ??
Reply:Young kids often get sick easily because there body is still building up its immunity system so whats happening should be reasonably normal. Im not too sure about medicine though.
