Reply:Vitamins are not foods and are bad for health. See site below. Buy Bolthouse Farms C Plus juice sold in spermarkets. It has no vitamin C added to it but is loaded with vitamin C due to foods like acerola berry and camu camu fruit. These are foods.
Reply:the cranberry is a good flavor.. it'll help boost immune system so don't only take it when your sick.. take it so you don't get sick.. :)
